Step into the GrowthHouse

The GrowthHouse is the enterprise ‘stem’ of Wild Flowers Wild Futures.
Where business outcomes, and talent grow symbiotically in a nature inspired but business rooted workshop. We bring the garden to your office, because evidence has shown that providing nature in the workspace leads to enhanced creative thinking, connection and wellbeing! No good business idea was ever grown in stress, a silo, in a windowless room. (Well maybe there have been some, but we beg to offer our way as a better alternative).

We understand that not everyone in every business wants a flowery name, and as such the GrowthHouse was born. Inspired by the concept of a luscious, warm and transparent green house; perhaps similar to what you find in many botanical gardens, where you encounter a huge amount of biodiversity, beauty, and leave inspired.

That is the aim of GrowthHouse. To bring our fusion method of Design and Futures thinking to your business. As with Wild Flowers Wild Futures, no-one invests time in our GrowthHouse workshops and leaves with negative ROI, or an NOL. We don’t leave the GrowthHouse until we have multiple prototypes for a solid solution for the business question you wanted to work towards solving. And, as a small business, we don’t cost the earth, or take up days of C suite time.

Both Emily and Lucy have spent significant years coaching, facilitating and event organising for the corporate world. Bringing people together in diverse teams to get to a new solution for perhaps a tricky, exciting, or excitingly tricky business question. Arguably, Design and Futures thinking were always first adopted in the corporate world and it’s there where their application has been most documented. We have experience working with enterprise to design team structure, future commercial strategy, marketing campaigns, new product design and packaging all via the format of an on site, or even hybrid workshop. Emily also co-facilitated a workshop at the United Nations HQ in NYC around climate change.

Unlike major global agencies offering ‘Design Thinking’ at a significant investment, but with limited insider knowledge about ‘how things work in corporate’ , a small business like ours, with two founders from the Corporate world, can work with you, and get to know your business, and empathise with the inevitable limitations when it comes to piloting new methodologies or getting budget to ‘do something new’. We work with small timeslots, smaller investments and we understand that sometimes the method has to be second to the company culture or sense of urgency.
